Everyone in this office is super nice. All the services were extremely helpful from the pain management side and the rehabilitation side. Travis is very skilled and knowledgeable with his techniques on the rehabilitation side.

Today I walked in and showed my insurance card : reception said that insurance not accepted. I went home and had my Insurance company call axis and verify in network: reception said yes in network but axis not taking new patients . Hmm I called myself and asked reception if axis was taking new patients. She said yes . Well now I’m confused as you are so read this again . I let reception know I was reporting this mornings weirdness to the good doctor and she hung up on me . You see - the doctor and wife were my host at a doctor /lawyers mixer at Hofbrauhaus 123 Saint Eugene D Belleville Illinois where couple years back- I think this post may be of Interest to these awesome doctors!Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I didn't have a good experience with Dr Sinha, I had surgery in 2021 , I had three levels fused, I'm still having pain after surgery I went back to Dr sinhai told him gave me an injection he also sent me to a chiropractor to get acupuncture I got a CT done my 6 weeks post surgery and 6 months when it came around my year appointment they told me that my insurance company wouldn't approve my CT scan, I contacted my insurance company and they told me that they wasn't putting in the right code. Every time I contacted Dr Sinha office they kept telling me that they had to do a peer-to-peer with my insurance company, I went to another doctor, they ordered a myelogram, X-ray and a nerve conduction study they found out that I did not fuse from the surgery the doctor Sinha did I had to have a second surgery in September 2024 they have to go through the back of my neck I had 4levels fused, the doctor I see now he had me to order a bone stimulator take vitamins d and calcium, Doctor Sinha did tell me anything about a bone stimulator, only took vitamin d for a little while and my insurance company approved all the second surgery which was September 9th 2024 .My new Doctor made sure I was fusing, he ordered x-rays and a CT scan I went to my Dr June 2025 and I have fused 80 percent, Glory be to GOD and My new Doctor ,Pain free and I feel greatPosted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would recommend Axis, very caring and thorough. I had surgery on my neck, I do not have any more pain. This is the best physical therapy and orthopedics I have ever been to. They have PT and orthopedics at the same location and both are outstanding. I went there due to a car crash. They listened to me on what happened and what pain I had. They had MRIs done to know what was going on and I needed a few steroid shots to help with the pain and to get better. I was afraid at first but it really helped with the pain and they were good about not making the shots painful. I went to other PT before this one but this one does much more for their patients. They are one on one, not like other places where they work multiple at the same time. They also have a lot of other therapies available too, like hot cups, needling, massage, tens, ultrasound, etc. They have the best staff. They are all super friendly there.
