EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Do Not Recommend This office seems far more concerned with money than actual patient care. I came in with severe nerve pain and was told I likely need a fusion, yet the staff does not appear knowledgeable about treating nerve pain effectively. Instead, I was given low-dose steroids and Tylenol--neither of which provided any relief. When I called to report that the treatment wasn't working, I felt dismissed and was treated as if I were exaggerating my pain or seeking drugs. Eventually, I received a steroid injection, but it also did not help. Despite that, their plan was simply to repeat the same ineffective treatment. On top of that, the specialist was not respectful of patients' time. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment before deciding to leave due to the delay. There were also serious issues with communication about insurance. The office told me that my insurance required preauthorization, which delayed my care. When I contacted my insurance company directly, I was told this was not true. Despite this, the office continued to insist otherwise. Overall, this experience was frustrating, dismissive, and a waste of time. My experience at Axis spine and orthopedics has been amazing journey The Staff is an exceptional group of the most caring individuals They listen to my concerns and address my needs The care and treatment I have received is the best from Ms Stephanie's kind greeting each and every time you come in to her going above and beyond to gather any information you need and answering all your questions and physical therapy is hands on and Travis and Polly also educated you on the different types of treatments so you can better help yourself And I appreciate the entire staff

This place actually listens to concerns and helped me get diagnosed with something I have been searching for answers for, FOR YEARS!! Travis has to be one of the best PT people I have ever used. He does not just give standard tasks. If they dont work for you, are not helping or need to be adjusted, he does it. He listens and is very personable.
