This place actually listens to concerns and helped me get diagnosed with something I have been searching for answers for, FOR YEARS!! Travis has to be one of the best PT people I have ever used. He does not just give standard tasks. If they dont work for you, are not helping or need to be adjusted, he does it. He listens and is very personable.

My overall experience with Axis spine was phenomenal, What I like the most was my injection I psych myself out, thinking it was gonna hurt or be painful, I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. The Procedure was quick lasting a few seconds and the doctor and assistant walk me through it step by step. They were very professional and informative. I will go to this company all over again.

First off I have yet to be seen, however , I am scheduled to come in real soon and from the first contact via phone was a big sigh of relief!! Pushing over a year in terrible pain, dead end doctors , have jumped through several hoops, I’m beyond excited to see and feel how great this place is ! The employees here are special, they take their time to get to know you and understand your injuries. From every pain to every question I asked they were there to walk me thru every moment. Mrs Nikki is a bright rare of sunshine, Always smiling, laughing and went over every concern I had she went above and beyond. As for therapy, I had the pleasure of working with both Travis and Polly who took their time with me, listened to my concerns, we weighed all options when it came to what I wanted to do and what they knew I could do. They were patient with me, my work schedule and really took the time to know me. If I had one word to explain my experience, I would say OUTSTANDING!! Last but not least, the receptionist staff are always smiling and greet everyone by first name basis! Anyone from Grace to Mellissa this is not just a team it’s a family. If you are looking for a friendly, loving, patient and kind place Axis is it. I would recommend them a million times again and again.
